Frequently Asked Questions
As stated earlier we will NOT be charging anyone for session #4 until we know more. Clients will be given notice when we are able to re-open and have the opportunity to NOT renew if they have changed their minds at that point in time. It is likely that if we are able to have a session #4 that it will be shorter and prices will be pro-rated for that.
We will reach out with more details about that once we get a sense of when we will be allowed to re-open. Stay Tuned!

We will be making the following exceptions to our usual returning family policy. As always those families who stay enrolled in session #4 will be give the first opportunity to register for the fall. Instead of then moving onto our wait list registration we will work to re-place families, who withdrew during this crisis, in the following order. Those that return for the summer session will be given the next opportunity to register for fall classes, then we will open registration up to those of you who dropped out of session #4 (you MUST rejoin our mailing list so we know you are interested in returning). After that we will open registration up to those on our waiting list and then to the general public.
It is our hope that we will all be back to normal by summer and that both pools will be filled with swimmers! Our current plan for our summer session is July 5th – Aug 22nd. Registration for summer usually takes place in early May. At this time we are not announcing any official registration date until we get a sense of when we will be allowed to re-open. Stay Tuned!
YES, make up passes have been and will continue to be applied to all classes that are missed in session #3 due to this mandatory closure. We have added thousands of additional make up times including two bonus weeks, one in the end of June and the other in the end of Aug. Parents can book an intensive for their children by attending 5 days in a row in these summer months if they want to use their make ups that way. Intensives are an amazing opportunity to have your child become proficient in a number of skills. The repetition of 5 days in a row allows for the development of muscle memory which is what is needed to acquire everything from independent swimming to stroke proficiency. If you can’t participate in those, we will have plenty of other options for you and will work with you to help you find make up days/times that work for your family.
We are not offering refunds/credits at this time but the business has filed a claim with our insurance company for business interruption. If the insurance company honors this claim we would be able to offer refunds to clients. Unfortunately without the insurance company’s help we would not be able to offer refunds/credits to clients as it would bankrupt the company. We have also researched a number of other children’s programs and found that they too are offering make up classes for these cancellations instead of refunds. We will be sure to update you all if the insurance company accepts our claim and we can offer refunds instead.
