Change & Sibling Requests

  • This is for students interested in changing their class time or adding a new/returning sibling
  • Click on the “Class Levels & Requirements” drop down to confirm that you know what level to select for your child
  • Click on the “Class Openings” drop down to view the available openings to submit a class request form
  • Please do not email your options as they will not be accepted unless sent via the google form
Class Levels & Requirements
  •  Parent/Child
    • Ages 4 months to 2.5
    • 3:1 ratio except Saturdays at Harrison location is a 2:1 ratio (price difference)
    • No prerequisites
    • Adult participation required
  • Learn to Swim
    • Ages 2.5 – 13 yrs
    • 2:1 student to teacher ratio
    • No prerequisites
    • No badge requirement to enter & you advance after receiving the Clownfish
  • Stroke Discovery
    • Age 3.5 – 13 yrs
    • 3:1 student to teacher ratio
    • Must have Clownfish to enter & you advance after receiving the Otter
  • Stroke Development
    • Age 5 – 13 yrs
    • 4:1 student to teacher ratio
    • Must have Otter to enter & you advance after receiving the Stingray
  • Stroke Clinic
    • Age 6 – 13 yrs
    • 4:1 student to teacher ratio
    • Must have Stingray to enter & you can stay enrolled even after earning the Shark
  • Private Lessons
    • Age 2 – 13 yrs
    • 1:1 student to teacher ratio
    • No prerequisites
    • Only for Learn to Swim and Stroke Discovery levels

  • Only 25 classes will show per page unless you edit the entry button
  • You can use the search tab to sort options by Class level, day, time, or location
  • Prices vary by class level and based on planned closures.

Reminders
  • Current client change requests are processed first and then new/returning sibling requests are processed.
  • Clients should submit a class request form every month until their requests can be accommodated, see directions below.
  • If you do not see class times listed below that work, you should STILL fill out a class request form, see directions below.

  • If there is NOT a time listed that works for you, please still complete a form BUT enter N/A for the first two options on the class request form.  There is a space to then write down days and time frames that you can do even if they are not listed as open.
January Class Openings

The openings below do not update in “real time” so if you have more than one option that can work, please list them all on your form.  Pay attention not just to day/time but to level and LOCATION.

NOTE: If your child’s highest badge is a clownfish & you are looking to change levels you need a stroke discovery.  If their highest badge is an Otter they need stroke development.  If it is a stingray they need stroke clinic. (see all level requirements in blue bar listed up above)
