Private Lesson (2 ½ years and older before the start of the session)

• Decide what class level you want to register your child for this fall
• Log onto your parent portal and click on “Classes & Events” to select your child’s first choice request
• Click on the “Find Classes”

• Under “My Locations” check to make sure this is the location you prefer
  • If you would like to see offering for both location switch on “All Locations”

• Below the blue header you will be able to view all of the fall class offerings
  • You can filter the class listings by selecting the “Add A Filter” button
  • We also suggest filtering by “Class Level” (only add preferences as needed)

• Once you find a day/time that works best for your child click on the class
  • A new screen will appear
  • Review that screen to ensure you have selected your desired day, time, and location
  • If correct click on the “Enroll in this class” button
  • In the next screen you will be asked to select which child this class is for
  • After you have selected the correct child “Enroll”
  • If at anytime you have made the wrong selections please return to the previous screen

CAUTION:

Do not “Enroll” in more than one class unless you would like your child to attend multiple times per week.

• If you wish you add more classes, follow the steps list above again
• Please remember this is just to enter your first class choice, this is not a confirmation.
• Classes will not be confirmed until June 12th

• Log on to the parent portal
• Click on “View Child”
• On the child’s “Details” page click on the pencil to add in your back up options

• Scroll to the “Additional information” section and add your back up options in order of preference

• Once information has been added, scroll to the top and hit “Save”

• Siblings cannot be registered at this time
• Siblings registration will take place the evening of June 17th
• On the morning of June 17th parents will receive an email with a link to the openings for Fall 2019. The link will be active from 6pm until 6am on June 18th
• Parents will be able to request a class for new siblings and a change for current students if needed
